CRect:delete

The delete method deletes a CRect object and sets it to nil. Call delete when you are finished using the object. Note that Mira automatically deletes all class objects when the script finishes.

Syntax

CRect:delete()

bullet.gif    In place of CRect, use the actual name of the object being deleted.

Example

R = new_rect()

-- create a new instance of of the CRect class.

  ...

-- do something with the image.

R:delete()

-- delete the object and its associated memory.
