De-speckle

The De-speckle command filters an image to remove bad pixels that occur on an isolated basis. The filter imparts a small amount of smoothing to the image as a by-product of speckle removal. Although this filter can be applied to an image of any data type, it is most often applied to RGB images in order to remove color channel noise. It is used for this purpose by the Merge LRGB Channels command.
