Paste (Image)


The Paste command (Ctrl+V) pastes an image from the Windows Clipboard into the active Image window. The inserted in order after the current image. If the window contains a single image, the pasted image forms the second image of an image set. After pasting, you can use the Image Set Toolbar to re-order the images if needed.

Note

This command pastes the actual image data, including the pixel data, header information, and coordinate system calibration. The pasted image acquires the visualization properties—transfer function, palette, zoom, etc.—in use by the target window.
